The Last Supper
I'm sitting here at work and I'm really bored, but anyways I was thinking about the last supper (random i know especially in September... no where near Easter) but anyways. Some people think that the last supper was like the last supper painting with Jesus and his disciples on one side of the table set up for a group shot. I don't think that's right (this is just my opinion feel free to disagree). But remember back (like I was there) to when in the Bible when Jesus fed the woman who had nothing. I was looking for the verse but I cant find it, it's somewhere in the first part of Luke. But the scene is Jesus is eating at the table with tax collectors and a woman came up and wanted food and the tax collectors were shocked that Jesus would do such a thing like take care of the poor and needy, shocker isn't it. But back to my point, I believe that it shouldn't be get a thimble of juice and a stale packing peanut, I think were missing the point. It wasn't like that back in Jesus' time, they had there families and friend and the kids were running around having a good 'ole time and people were talking and laughing. That's what I think the communion should be like. Just go out and remember to share the love of Jesus with everyone in anyway possible.

Saving the World one note at a time
I was watching a nooma video by Rob Bell called music (go figure) and I got some really cool thoughts about it, and I was wanting t0 share them. We are like God's instruments and some times we can get out of tune. But when we are in tune with God, things get amazing. We are all part of God's symphony and we have to do our part for the whole to sound good. (this is a short one i know but this is my first one in a while). But anyways just stay in tune with God and things will be absolutely amazing.

God's Property
Wow, I haven't written a blog in a long time so I'm going to try to keep this up as much as I can, cause this helps me with my bible study.
What I've been doing lately is just opening my bible to some random page and read what God wants me to see. So, I did that and I turned to Amos 5:8 and it was really cool:
He who made the Pleiades and Orion
And changes deep darkness into morning,
Who also darkens day into night,
Who calls for the waters of the sea
And pours them out on the surface of the earth,
The LORD is His name.
And changes deep darkness into morning,
Who also darkens day into night,
Who calls for the waters of the sea
And pours them out on the surface of the earth,
The LORD is His name.
That verse was really cool to me. It reminds me that God is in control of everything. He makes the sun rise, and He makes the sun set, and He also makes the waters flat, and He makes the waters rough, and He makes it rain. And we're so used to it give the credit that it's due. So just remember to give God the credit.

Kayak Surfing
The path to God is like surfing a kayak when your on the wave you have to keep your kayak straight or if you goto one side or another you'll flip. Same with the path of God if you fall from your straight path you'll flip.

Faith of a Fish
I saw something really cool yesterday while i was surfing. I was trying to get out pass where the surf was breaking and a wave was about to break, right when it was about t0 break i saw a little fish he... or she was just swimming around in the wave. So it's kind of cool if God made fish which he did, he made some to live in the surf and they have to live inside where the ocean is praising God and they have faith that God will take care of them which is something that we must do. I hope this makes sense.
